Tengesa.com Return Policy

Items delivered by tengesa and are found to be defective must be reported within 48hrs from delivery through your customer support. Most items dispatched by tengesa.com from local area sellers can be returned in 14 days from the day of receipt of shipment. However Selected items have various prerequisites related with them when it comes to returns.

Tengesa Global Returns

Items bought from global sellers (i.e. sellers outside the country) can be returned within 30 days from the day of receipt using the Online Customer Support. It can take as long as 25 days for an item to reach the global seller. When the item is received at our satisfaction focus center, it takes at least 2 business days for the refund to be handled and 5-7 business days for the discount add up to appear in your record.

Seller Return Purpose

All orders from outsider vender will be sent back to the Seller rather than Tengesa.com. While most sellers offer a returns policy similar to that of Tengesa.com, some sellers' returns approaches may vary. You can see the return policy of the seller before you buy an item by viewing the Returns and Refunds Policy area of the Seller profile page.

Marketplace seller should either give a prepaid return mark or offer a full refund without requesting for the item be returned. On the off chance that a seller doesn't offer the service to restore or refund your items, you may file a case with our customer support who will assist you with your return.

Automotive Items

On the off chance that you have bought an automotive item shipped from and sold by tengesa.com that is defective and is covered by a manufacturer's distributed guarantee, Tengesa will either replace or refund the cost of the item for the life of the distributed guarantee.

Baby Items

Baby items (excluding clothing sizes 0-24 months) can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Note: Breast siphons must be returned unused in their unique condition with the processing plant seal and bundling flawless. On return shipping please see our Terms & Conditions

Clothing and Accessories

To be qualified for Free Returns, items returned must be in new and unworn condition in the original packaging for a full discount as per our profits approach. Any item(s) returned without original documentation will be dismissed. Any product(s) that have been resized, harmed or generally adjusted after delivery will be dismissed.

Collectibles (sports and amusement)

You may only return collectible Items with a value of USD100 or all the more. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warrantee cards, etc.) and certificates of credibility, grading, and appraisal must be returned back with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be dismissed.

Computers and Electronics

New Desktops, Laptops, or tablets (excluding Kindle E-reader) bought from Tengesa that did not start when they were delivered, delivered in damaged condition, or are still in an unopened box can be returned for a full discount within 15 days of procurement only after being reported with 48 hours of receipt. Tengesa may test PCs that are returned on the grounds that they did not start when they were delivered and impose a client charge equivalent to 15 percent of the item selling price if the client misrepresents the state of the item. Any returned desktop, laptop or table that is damaged through client's misuse, missing parts, or is in unsellable condition because of client's altering may bring about the client being charged a higher restocking expense depending on the state of the item. Outside the 48-hour report period, client's request to return such items because they are not working should be coordinated to the customer service to evaluate the claimed fault and decide suitable Refund. New, used, and restored items bought from Marketplace merchants are dependent upon the returns policy of the individual seller.

Jewelry and Watches

Only Jewelry and watch Items with a Value of USD100 or more can be returned. All item packaging (boxes, manuals, guarantee cards, and so on.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be come back with the thing. Any things returned without original documentation will be dismissed. Items that have been resized, damaged, or generally modified after delivery won't be accepted for return.


Grocery items are not returnable to Tengesa but rather might be refundable.

Pet Products

Pet food and similar items are not returnable to tengesa yet might be refundable.
